Otto has worked as a utility engineer for the last 37 years. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Utility Electric and Gas Distribution engineering and operations. He has held various engineering positions including the Manager of Electric Distribution Engineering at WPS before becoming the Area Manager of the Major Projects North group at WPS and WE.
