Created by SLCE Architects for Zeckendorf Development, the 185-foot-tall structure will produce 71,961 sq. ft and 62 units. The residence is found amongst Lexington and Park Avenues, instantly adjacent to Norman Foster‘s 47-story office skyscraper at 425 Park Avenue.
Since our past update in June, substantial progress has transpired on the exterior, with all of the heat-colored stone façade in position on the southern elevation and the the vast majority of the home windows mounted.
Exterior work is nearing completion on The West, a 12-story mixed-use building at 547 West 47th Street in Hell’s Kitchen. Designed by Concrete and developed by CB Developers, SK Development, and Ironstate Development, the 201,000-square-foot development will yield 219 residential units above a 40,000-square-foot ground-floor car dealership. The Marketing Directors is exclusively handling sales and marketing for the units, which range from studios to three-bedroom layouts, and CM & Associates Construction Management LLC is the general contractor for the project. Curtain wall set up is finding nearer to completion on 181 Mercer Road, NYU‘s new 750,000-square-foot creating in Greenwich Village. Built by Davis Brody Bond and KieranTimberlake, the growth is composed of a few towers rising from a whole-block podium among Houston, Mercer, and Bleecker Streets and I.M. Pei’s University Village complicated.
