Tarentum law enforcement accused a girl of lighting her boyfriend’s shirt on fire while the fuel for a stove was turned on and 3 youngsters had been in the residence as they argued.
Ahgist Fultz, 40, of West 6th Avenue, was billed with a few felony counts of endangering the welfare of children along with reckless endangerment and legal mischief.
She was introduced from custody immediately after submitting a non-monetary bond, according to court data. She faces a preliminary hearing ahead of District Choose Carolyn Bengel on June 1.
Law enforcement stated they responded to a report of a man who named 911 indicating he was on hearth shortly following 3 a.m. on May well 19 but he was not at the residence when they arrived, in accordance to a legal complaint.
